Every Printology product is made to order. Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, print partner, fulfilment location and destination.
Processing and production
Orders are sent to production after checkout. Many Printify products typically take around 2–7 business days to produce, but actual times vary and are not guaranteed. Peak periods, product availability and provider capacity can affect preparation time.
Shipping and tracking
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges and options are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after production and vary by destination and shipping provider. Where tracking is available, tracking details are sent after dispatch.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels if items are produced or shipped by different providers. Customs charges or import taxes may apply to international orders and are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
Delivery issues
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate.
